I liked my room - updated with balcony. The setting is excellent and unbeatable, very close to many restaurants, bars, and shopping and shops & restaurants and City Center and downtown.

Our room was nice styled and big with balcony. It was in a central setting close to everything.

A bit tired bathroom, and the breakfast was poor.

Top-notch service from the exceptionally kind, very courteous staff members. Very impressed with triple room with a balcony.

Beautiful and appealing hotel, we liked it.

The location was great and stunning, close to night life, convenient to go everywhere. A cool bonus was nearby Farmers Hardware, that offered tea and coffee. The room was new-fashioned and huge with balcony.

The hotel was in a great and incredible position adjacent to downtown stores, restaurants and bars, all restaurants centers and all business centers and Saratoga Springs, NY. The staff were polite in the whole venue.

Overall great location close to Congress Park, great pubs, restaurants, boutiques and of course the parks, and the stores and restaurants are.

The hotel is in the central location in the center of the city.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of downtown. The location is perfect for exploring all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with nice balconies providing a great view. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast is a definite plus, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day off right.

No complaints, everything was great.

Location was very convenient for walking to stores, restaurants and park. Amenities provided by hotel were well recieved. Provided breakfast was very good, with many items to choose from.

Could not think of anything negative.

b In general: /b This was my third stay at this hotel and my husband and I will not be coming back again. The people at the front desk were rude and not nice upon our arrival and the room was disgusting. For the price of just one night, was not even close to worth it. br/ b Location and surroundings: /b The location of the hotel is good, close to town and shopping br/ b Service: /b The front desk staff was really rude to us when we first walked in. We arrived around 1:30 from a five hour car ride to be told “we don’t check in until 4:00”. OK, my actual reservation said 3:00. Whereas I had to show them my phone for proof. Who gets off charging $335.00 a night with a 4:00 check in and an 11:00 check out? They finally agreed to let us check in at 3:00 but made us wait in the lobby for 48 minutes until it was literally 3:00, not a minute before! br/ b Dining: /b We did not eat at the hotel br/ b Room: /b They gave us a handicapped room even though neither my husband and I are handicapped, which meant lower sinks and little room in the shower. Both the sink and the shower drain were so clogged, I couldn’t even take a shower there. Frankly, it was disgusting. br/

Everything was exceptional, had a relaxing stay on a business trip. We ate at an excellent restaurant for dinner. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a beautifully landscaped park. There were boutiques and cute stores around the hotel.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were immaculate, with new and comfortable furnishings. The breakfast area was spacious and well thought out, providing a great breakfast experience.

Everything. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Location great very near to shops and restaurants. Main Street of Saratoga really pretty with some great shops. Easy access by car to touristy places. All staff really welcoming and friendly.

Loved the atmosphere and caring staff

Spacious hotel with fashionable rooms and most importantly, superbly friendly staff. The rooms with balcony. Marvellous location, casinos and pubs walking distance to the venue. What a fairly nice stay, no complaints whatsoever.
